I created The Blissful Kitchen’s Signature 3-day cleanse to make it super simple for my clients to stay on track with their health, weight loss and wellness goals.

What to expect
Our cleanse is super simple to follow, and chock full of nutrient dense vegetables, superfoods and fruits. You simply take 3 days off from worrying about preparing food, and we handle the rest. All cleanses are 3 days long and run Tuesday-Thursday (the exception to this is our quarterly 10 day reset which runs - you guessed it - for 10 days!). Food is delivered Monday afternoon and comes sustainably packaged and clearly labeled so you know what to eat/drink, when.
All food is 100% organic, gluten and allergen free. All items are vegan except a healing bone broth; however, you may request a vegan option.
